The SCBA Booklet was published from 1987 to 2013. In the beginning it covered mainly Southern California news and tournaments but eventually incorporated the whole Southwest region. It was key in helping bring the 2005 IBF World Championships to Anaheim. Kelly Tibbetts
was the founding editor and turned the task over to Bob Cook around 1999.
