The SCBA News-Letter was published from 1957 to the 1980's. It covered local, national, and international events during the golden years of US badminton. Initially the editor was Virginia Hill, but in the 60's the baton was passed to Kelly Tibbetts,
who managed it with great pride and enthusiasm. After 1974 the Newsletter was
renamed to Shuttle Scuttle.
